The Library received Dr. Boudreau's personal papers, reports, confidential memoranda, and memorabilia as a gift from his widow, Charlotte Boudreau, through the offices of the Milbank memorial Fund with which Dr. Boudreau was associated from 1937 and President from 1956 to 1962. He was born of American parents in New Glasgow, Quebec.
